We have our next podcast, and the title is borrowed from one of our forefathers in the faith and seemed fitting for this podcast.
One of our goals in 2026 is to expand the types of guests on the podcast, and this is the first interview with a member in the OPC who isn’t a pastor or elder. Jeff Davis is a member of Redeemer OPC church in Ada, Michigan, and is also a deacon in the OPC, though he is not currently serving as a deacon in a local congregation.
People who know Jeff recognize a heart for the lost, and Jeff has had some opportunities to serve the OPC in recent years. But what’s striking about this interview is that Jeff’s is a story of God showing grace and Jeff taking small steps forward and being open to serve.
This is probably one of the most personal and one of the more encouraging podcasts we’ve done, especially for people who are ‘just a member’ and not an officer in the church.
